Welcome to Indyour. Throughout this website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Indyour. We offer handcrafted wooden kitchenware, dinnerware, serveware, accessories and related products through our online store.
These Terms of Service govern your access to our website and your purchase of products from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or place an order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND WEBSITE USE

SECTION 2 – PRODUCT INFORMATION AND HANDCRAFTED VARIATIONS
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and other information.
Many Indyour products are handcrafted using natural materials. Variations in wood grain, colour, texture, pattern, finish and dimensions may occur between individual pieces. These variations are part of the material and crafting process, provided the product remains consistent with its description and intended use.
Product colours may also appear differently depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. These statements do not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged or materially different from its description.
Only the items expressly listed in a product’s description are included with your purchase. Styling accessories shown in photographs are not included unless stated otherwise.
SECTION 3 – PRODUCT USE AND CARE
Please follow the care instructions supplied with your product or displayed on its product page.
Do not assume a product is suitable for a dishwasher, microwave, oven, prolonged soaking or direct heat unless its instructions expressly confirm that use. A category name, including “bakeware”, does not mean every product within that category is oven-safe.
Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable cleaning methods, improper storage or failure to follow care instructions may fall outside any applicable warranty or voluntary return arrangements. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES AND AVAILABILITY
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
We may update prices, promotions and product availability from time to time. Such changes will not alter the agreed price of an order we have already accepted.
Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you about the available options, including a refund for any item we cannot supply.
SECTION 5 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
By placing an order, you submit a request to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms that we have received your order; it does not by itself confirm acceptance. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions or a material pricing or description error. Where appropriate, we will notify you using the contact details supplied with your order.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items, including any associated charges that must be refunded under applicable law.
SECTION 6 – BILLING, PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current billing, delivery and contact information. Please notify us promptly if you discover an error in your order details.
Payments are subject to authorization and the conditions of the payment provider used at checkout. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.
If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login details and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect any delivery rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Additional costs arising from an incorrect address or a requested redelivery will be communicated to you where applicable.

Any conditions applying to custom-made or personalized products will be disclosed before purchase. Nothing in our policies removes your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
